In order to recognize your individual breathing curve as well as your ovulation phase, breathe ilo must get to know your personal breathing curve. The first fully recorded cycle with breathe ilo is therefore regarded as a learning cycle.
This means that you must have measured at least one full cycle from the first to the last day and must not skip any measurement so that breathe ilo can get to know your breathing curve. If you skip measurements, the learning cycle cannot be completed and it may take longer for breathe ilo to give you accurate results and predictions based on your own individual breathing curve.
Without a complete learning cycle, breathe ilo will only calculate your ovulation phase based on the data you entered during registration. Once sufficient measurement data is available and the learning cycle is completed, breathe ilo can make reliable predictions.
Important: In general, measuring daily (even after the learning cycle is completed) is essential for reliable predictions. You can find more detailed information on the correct measurement in our user manual under "Performing a measurement".
