The CO2 in your breath is measured by our CO2 sensors, which are built into the breathe ilo device. By measuring your breath every day, a baseline is formed and then the drop is detected before ovulation. This is a relative and not an absolute value. That means it varies from woman to woman. For this reason, it is essential that you measure every day. A learning cycle is also important to ensure accurate results afterwards.
Can I measure more than once a day?
Taking the measurement only once a day is sufficient. However, it is not advisable to measure more often than once a day, as it can have a negative influence on your measurement.
