Please check if:
- your mobile data and Bluetooth are activated.
- the breathe ilo app has been granted all necessary authorisations.
- the cycle tracker is not connected to the app via Settings > Bluetooth.
It may also be necessary to restart the smartphone and the breathe ilo, or the device must be reconnected with the app.
Please also make sure that the device is only switched on when you are asked to do so in the app. The connection may take a few seconds to establish.
